Shaun L. Grove is an associate attorney in our Long Beach office and practices in the areas of franchise, corporate and intellectual property law.
Shaun received his Bachelors degree in Business Administration from the University of San Diego, where he played NCAA Div. I-AA college football. In 2002, he earned his Juris Doctor degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law, where he participated in the Intensive Advocacy Program and was an Arthur Zief Scholarship recipient. He was admitted to the California Bar in 2002.
Prior to joining
Holmes Lofstrom, Shaun practiced corporate business and securities
fraud litigation for four years at Lerach Coughlin Stoia Geller Rudman
& Robbins, LLP, focusing primarily on litigation involving mergers
and acquisitions and securities class actions involving breaches of fiduciary
duty. |
